For the past 36 years, she has successfully run her own real estate company. Beverley has completed numerous industry-related training programs and has received accolades from her colleagues for her excellence. My journey began in property management, where I developed a strong foundation in client relations and operational efficiency. Over the years, I transitioned to a dual role at DB Philpott Real Estate, allowing me to leverage my expertise to assist thousands of property owners and tenants across Metropolitan Adelaide.

My service on the board of REISA (Real Estate Institute of South Australia) for three years until July 2020 further underscores my dedication to the profession. David Philpott is an acclaimed property professional with almost 28 years of residential sales and letting experience. He has built a reputation for achieving outstanding results. Among his many accolades, David has received awards for being one of the top 10 auction marketers in South Australia, as well as multiple entries into the top commission clubs at both Ray White and RE/MAX.

In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, David is a Valuer and is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the ACT. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and an Honours Degree in Law. His honours thesis was entitled Rethinking Property Rights in a Carbon Engaged Australia.

David specializes in the city fringe yet maintains an extensive client base in the North and North Eastern suburbs of the Adelaide Plains. As a lifelong resident of the Inner North, he is a significant member of the local community, often found playing lawn bowls or offering training tips at the local dog club. David has amassed firsthand local insight and knowledge, making him the perfect agent to promote the benefits of the area.

David’s outstanding communication skills and honest appraisals enable him to exceed his clients’ expectations and ultimately achieve high results. A lifelong learner, he continually expands his knowledge through various studies and courses, earning prestigious qualifications including an MBA from UniSA, a Graduate Diploma in Business, and specialized certifications in Commercial and Industrial Practice, Real Estate Agents License, and Property Management from the University of New England.
